Product Analytics (Logged-In Users)

When you use our application, we track your navigation patterns and feature usage to identify broken UX patterns and improve the application over time. This helps us understand which features are helpful, which need improvement, and where users encounter difficulties.

  • Pages you visit and navigation flows
  • Features you use and how often
  • Session duration and engagement patterns
  • General location (country and city) and device information

Retention: User activity data is retained for 2 years to analyze long-term usage patterns. Login events are kept for 5 years for security audit purposes.

Marketing Analytics (Anonymous Visitors)

Before you create an account, we track anonymous visitor behavior on our landing pages to understand marketing campaign effectiveness and how people perceive our application. This data helps us improve our messaging and onboarding experience.

  • Landing page views and time on page
  • Button clicks and scroll depth
  • Referral sources and campaign parameters (UTM codes)
  • Conversion funnel (visitors → engaged → registration → signup)
